Joining your first meeting
Book a meeting
You can book from the timetable page. Each meeting is one hour divided into 2 parts, each part is 30 minutes. You can cancel at any time.
Enter the meeting
When it’s time for the meeting, you can return to the timetable page and click on the Enter button. A host will be there to welcome you in the meeting.
What you need to know
Webcams must always be turned on
A big part of communication is non-verbal, and as such, we truly believe that in order to have great conversations, you must be able to see each other.

The timetable times are displayed according to the time on your device.
We use Zoom for all the meetings
Zoom is a great video-conferencing platform that we use. You can get it from here.
There is always a host ready to help
If you lose your partner or face any issue in your breakout room, you can click the ‘Ask for help’ button and a host will assist you as soon as possible.
